There are so many that suffer from daily out breaks from having acne. We have a few tips and a great mask you can make for your skin while at home.
Caring For Your Skin
Maintaining a skincare regimen is very important. Those with acne or frequent breakouts should cleanse the skin twice a day, tone the skin to balance ph, and use a light moisturizer specific to oily skin. Exfoliating and using a mask at home once a week will help combat breakouts and keep skin free of bacteria. A gentle exfoliant that we love is Shira Pineapple Papaya Enzyme Peel, this gentle peel works wonders.
DIY Banana Mask
2 tablespoons of mashed banana
1 tablespoon of baking soda
1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Apply to a clean face and leave on 10 to 12 minutes and then rinse. You can repeat this twice per week to help diminish acne or breakouts.
