Shipping Policy

Products are hand made in small batches, products usually ship within 24-48 hours and should arrive within 3-5 business days. Please keep in mind that extreme temperatures can slightly alter the consistency of the product. If body souffle should arrive slightly melted place in the refrigerator for an hour or two to firm up. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Do you offer free shipping? offers FREE Standard Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). Orders over $75 always ship for free. FREE Standard Shipping orders are processed within 3-5 business days, depending on product availability. We cannot guarantee a date of arrival with our free ship option and orders typically take 1-7 business days to arrive once they have been processed and shipped out. Canadian customers receive free shipping with all orders $150 and over. International orders over $250 qualify for free shipping. 


Where is my order?

You will receive an email from as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number. 


Can you ship to my P.O. box?

Yes, we ship to P.O. boxes using USPS Priority.


Can you ship to my country?

Yes, we can provide international shipping, if we can not ship to your country you will be notified by our Customer Care team within 24 hours and a full refund will be submitted.

What's your return and exchange policy?

Our goal is to help you find the products that are the perfect fit for your skin.  We definitely would like you to be satisfied with your purchase. We can not accept returns on these products as they are hand made, for sanitation reasons we can not accept returns. We can however exchange a product if it is damaged. We can also recommend products for exchanges. It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in an exchange. We are not responsible for products lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
